Mary is an esteemed real estate professional with nearly two decades of industry expertise. Her journey began in construction, progressively mastering management, maintenance, and leasing operations.

Before joining BGP as a Partner, Mary served as Chief Revenue Officer at a Chicago-based real estate company, where she played a pivotal role in propelling the firm from a small start-up to a flourishing enterprise. Mary worked her way through the company, holding seven positions on her way to CRO. She spearheaded the Management and Leasing business lines, overseeing a team of 50+. Her strategic acumen was instrumental in the company's seamless pivot into onsite multifamily property management after a successful acquisition in June 2022.
